Bonnie Culpepper, LMFT
For more than a decade, Bonnie, has helped adults and couples quiet their inner critic, navigate life’s changes, and build stronger, more connected relationships. She believes therapy works best when it feels like a genuine partnership that is collaborative, curious, and rooted in care.
In sessions, Bonnie invites clients to slow down and explore the stories that have shaped them, especially the ones marked by self-doubt, pressure, or pain. Together, they look at the patterns that keep them stuck and begin to see new ways forward with compassion and understanding.
Drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness, and self-compassion practices, Bonnie helps clients turn insight into everyday change by building emotional awareness, communication, and trust in themselves. She also integrates other evidence-informed approaches to meet each client’s goals and process, supporting meaningful and lasting growth.
Warm, attuned, and down to earth, Bonnie offers a space where clients can process what hurts, recognize their resilience, and reconnect with a sense of possibility.
