Lisa Miller, LCMHCA

As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate, pharmacist, and Certified Menopause Practitioner, I help women navigate the emotional, physical, and relational changes that can come with midlife, menopause, identity shifts, and major life transitions. My approach is whole-person and menopause-informed, considering the biological, emotional, relational, and lifestyle factors that shape how a woman feels, functions, and understands herself during this season of life.

My work is especially focused on women who feel disconnected from themselves, overwhelmed by change, or experiencing feelings of depression, anxiety, or grief. I also offer CBT-based support for menopause-related hot flashes, sleep disruption, and insomnia.

Together, we explore the patterns, beliefs, stressors, and life experiences that may be shaping how you feel now, while creating space for clarity, self-compassion, and meaningful change. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in both counseling and women’s health.
